Color-matched. Blended. Baked.

PPG paint, a PPG certified painter, computerized color matching and a climate-controlled booth — for a single panel, a full respray or a color change.

What it is

The last step of almost every repair, and the first thing anyone sees.

Refinishing starts long before the spray gun. We prep the surface, repair the substrate, prime, then apply color and clear in a controlled booth, curing each layer before the next. We spray PPG in our El Cajon facility and our painter is PPG certified. The new finish is blended into the surrounding panels so the repair disappears — on solid colors, pearls, matte and tri-coat finishes alike, from a daily driver to an exotic.

Why it matters

Paint is the rust barrier

The finish is what stands between the metal and corrosion. Chips, cracks and bare spots are where rust starts.

Blending is what makes it invisible

Matching the code isn’t enough on an older car. Blending into adjacent panels avoids the obvious repainted look that costs you at resale.

PPG, sprayed by a PPG certified painter

Factory-grade PPG materials and a certified painter are what separate a finish that lasts from a quick respray in a driveway.

How it works

Four steps, one point of contact.

01

Prep

Clean, strip where needed, sand, and repair anything under the surface before a drop of primer goes on.

02

Match

Computerized PPG color matching from your factory paint code, adjusted for the age and fade of the surrounding panels.

03

Spray and cure

Primer, basecoat and clearcoat applied in a climate-controlled booth and cured between layers.

04

Finish

Color sand where needed, buff, polish, and inspect under several lighting conditions before it leaves the booth.
